2. Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 14 May 2018
It was proposed by Cllr Hewitt and seconded by Mr Martinson to accept the minutes as a true copy of the meeting.
3. Matters Arising
There were no matters arising.
4. Annual report from the Council

5. Parish Council Accounts for the Financial Year 2018/2019

6. Stow Neighbourhood Watch Report sent from Margaret Vickers
No crime reported in Stow
There are currently no Gainsborough Neighbourhood Watch Meetings.
Margaret Vickers will continue to monitor the situation.
7. Update on Stow Recreation Fund
Received from Clare Ella attached report B
The Council expressed their thanks to Clare for all her continuing hard work.
8. Report on joint Neighbourhood Plan with Sturton By Stow
Cllr Read explained the process and that there had been a good response to the questionnaire
for a small village. Two walkabouts are taking place in May.
The school and Youth Club are also doing a consultation and all results are on the NP website.
9. Update on Stow Fun Raisers
Report was received Report C attached
10. Report on Sturton School
Cllr Justham has requested a report from the school but it had not been received in time for the meeting.
11. Report on Sturton Village Hall

12. Report on Youth Club
Received from Paula Justham and attached E
The Council expressed their praise for the leaders and volunteers of the Youth Club for all their hard work and fund raising.

A report on Stow Minster was received and attached report F
The new Government scheme of selling Red Phone boxes was discussed but it was clarified that this was only if there was a red phone box in the village.
