March 2021 Zoom Parish Council Meeting Agenda
Notice is hereby given that there will be a Zoom Parish Council Meeting on Monday 15 March 2021 at 11.30 am. Your attendance at such meeting is hereby requested to transact the following business:
1. Public question time
2. Apologies for Absence
3. To accept Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and any dispensations that may arise
4. Minutes for approval from previous meeting dated Monday 11 January 2021
5. Matters arising from the previous minutes
6. To agree accounts/payments since last meeting.
7. To agree annual SCP increased for clerk to SCP 15 at £12.24 per hour to be back dated to April 2021 when new rates are issued for the National Salary Awards Scheme 2021/2022.
8. To agree for the Clerk to apply for a council debit card.
9. To agree LALC subscription for 2021/2022
Council and Village Issues
10. To agree specific roles for Councillors
11. To agree Councils objectives proposed on the 26 January 2021
12. Update on Highways issues in the village including Normanby by Stow suggested signage.
13. Update from last meeting regarding request for volunteering in the village. Speed Watch Wardens.
14. Emergency Planning for Village
15. Update on Tree Stump and planting of new tree
16. Update on tankers going through the village
17. Update on Sturton and Stow Neighbourhood Plan
18. Update on Play park and to agree purchase of new climbing unit and fence for flooding problem
19. Update on cemetery including the cemetery entry slope and painting of the gate by a Volunteer.
20. Update on the next issue of Stow Bugle
