It was proposed by Cllr Duncan and seconded by Cllr Read to accept the minutes of Parish Council Meeting. It was Resolved to accept the minutes as a true copy of the meeting. All in favour

£5062.10 Grant from Stow Recreation Fund for Flashing speed signs
Bank Balance £8781.61 plus £5062.10 grant for flashing speed signs £50 from Citizens advice has not been cashed yet.
The accounts were accepted and proposed by Cllr Justham and Seconded by Cllr Martinson it was Resolved all in favour to accept the accounts.
41.To agree the quotation for the works to the Poplar tree in the Play park
The quotation from TJS Services was accepted by the Council, Tim Waudby advised the adjoining field would be available from the end of July.
It was proposed by Cllr Justham and seconded by Cllr Turner and Resolved to accept the quotation.
42. To disussthe positioning of two new benches from a grant from Stow Recreation Fund
The positioning of the Green Lane bench was agreed by Council, Cllr Justham and Charlie Marshall to look at the positioning of the one by the Cemetery and advise Clare Ella asap.
43.Planning
Application no 141143 outline application to erect up to 4 dwellings with access to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications – resubmission of application reference 139314
The application was discussed in detail by the Council.
The majority of the Council still stand by their comments from the previous application no 139314 and are not in favour of this application. Comments to be collated and sent to West Lindsey.
