Notice is hereby given that a Stow Parish Council meeting will be held on Monday 12 July 2021 at 7pm at Stow Minster Chancel. Your attendance at such meeting is hereby requested to transact the following business:
Public Question Time
- Apologies for absence.
- To accept Declarations of Interest in accordance with Localism Act 2011 and any dispensations that may arise.
- Minutes for approval from the previous meeting of Tuesday 3 May 2021.
- Matters arising from the previous meeting.
Accounts - Authorisation of payments and receipts made since the last meeting 4 May 2021.
- To agree report for Community Infrastructure Levy for submission for West Lindsey.
- To receive report from David Justham on the registering of Parish Land and to agree the way forward.
Council and Village Issues - To discuss and agree the Council’s comment on the Draft Lincolnshire Local Plan.
- To discuss options for new bins for the village as suggested at the Annual Parish Meeting.
- To discuss mapping of the village footpaths.
- Update on meetings with Highways and Acis.
- Update on Neighbourhood Plan.
- Update on Cemetery.
- To discuss and agree the way forward to address issues in the playpark including the flooding problem in winter and the pile of wood and brash.
